yesterday was awezome,(:
woke up an hour and a half later than planned,
headed to shower,pack my stuffs then zoomed to KLP.
Watched Transformers today!it's a 150mins movie,my butt almost went numb,while her hand went numb,hahaha!(:
had pizza hut for lunch before that,& homemade jelly for dessert.
jelly's rather yummy,thank you,(:
attempted study after the movie,keyword's attempted uh.

exam's starting in two days,so very very very not prepared.
shucks.

i'll be waiting for 7th July....

STA training left me so dead since sunday,
shoulder,arm,thigh,butt muscles aching since then.

gave trng a miss cause my head started aching and walking yesterday was such a chore with all those aches.
feel like an old bag of bones,all pain.hahhahha!but today's much better,doesn't seem to ache anymore(:

got a home delivery of peel fresh apple and subway last night for dinner,
and a personal nanny to accompany me through the night,(:
temp hit 37.5 but after 2 tablets of panadol,it's gone(:
7 years of digestion,or so i have heard.

Bedok sports hall,3rd & 4th placing,HCI VS SAJC,no coach.
I think we all did our part to the fullest of our ability,
all those on court were driving real hard for the ball while our other teammates were cheering us on and shouting to us our mistakes and stuff.
plus the supporter's (Romanis & SC) supprt was very encouraging!
Miss G.Sim also helped us out during our breaks,telling us where we could improve on and stuff,thanks loads miss sim!(:
team debrief after match was,a sad moment.it was out last match together.
i'd miss this team,although we were only together for like barely or slightly over 2-3 months,
we went through all the SI,trainings,retarded moments and all the countless doing of drills over and over again on court together.
we learnt and improved from each of our matches as a whole.

Prize presentation,bathed then dinner!
Pizza Hut treat by the teachers were like crazy.
we spent the teachers,or should i say specifically mr chen,a total of like 355 bucks!HHAHA!
he srsly should have chosen buffet over pizza hut,haha!(:
the amount of laughter we made in pizza hut was to the max,it was like our own home.

Fickle mindedness kills,majorly.

AJ match today!tried out a new position,team put up a dman good fight today!
especially the circle defenders!haha!they literally threw low balls directly into our defenders hands.
next crucial match on wed,against TJC.it's g'na be out ticket into the semis.

headed to cityhall with gina for dinner and got a little gift,(:
tmrw's e-learning day and her x2 birthday and training.
e-learning,idk what to do!hahah!i know there's econs,chem,GP,PW but im sure i'll be lost tmrw morning.
told sam to keep her phone with her cause she'd prob be my 999 to the rescue.HAHAH!
& i went on court with a coloured pink heart on my arm.

PE today was just games and like3 rounds round the track for warm up.
slept at 3.30 this morning,& the best part's that the hw which i completed,wasn't collected today!crap,oh wells.
Waterpolo girls finals today!SAJC VS RIJC.
manage to postpone tutorials so that our class could make it down!
the finals was,awesome?hahaha!for one main reason that is!(:
the other main reason's to support partner.
SA did quite well in a sense that they didn't really give up till the match ended officially.great spirit!
in the end,RIJC won,by like 2.
stayed to watch the polo boys final,damn interesting,the pace of the game was damn hiong luh.power.
went back for trng after that,so much stuffs i've yet to learn well.die.
two more days left.sucks.
no coach for first match,guess it's up to ourselves.

I'm thinking it's highly impossible.

Should I?

Training yesterday morning!intervals again,hate running very very very much.
kept missing my target time by a few secs.like,target time:3.15.00,i hit 3.19.00
second 800m,target time:3.30.00,i hit 3.33.00.wth.hahaha!& i wanted so much to do my big business while running the second round of the second set.
after intervals,did ball drills and all,ended with one suicide.
quite alright actually,except that i cant jump properly.

Watched Unborn in the afternoon!awesome much,had such fun scaring the one beside me,haha!

1/3 of SRC3!

notice my lao cock cock phone.it only has INFRARED.And the memory space is freak small.

SRC trng was alright,ran all the way to the traffic liht near the Singapore flyer than ran back,dont really know how long that is actually.
did some ball drills, and MANXzxzxzx,my passes sucks big time:(
kept throwing horrible passes=people drop ball=punishment.
first punishment was to run half the padang,susin cramped half way.
so meishi,soleha and i went back to help her.
luckily there wsa this sir who helped susin stretch her calf musle first,nice man.haha!
anyways,ms susin,hope your calf gets better alright!& yes,the blanket method does work kay!

Training this morning at Nanyang girls.
was quite alright,played match with them.last quarter was exciting to the max,out players were shouting,their players were shouting,
the atmosphere was damn power.the tension could be felt.
sad thing's that i fell,rolled and ankle sprained,AGAIN.but at least this time it isnt so bad.
anyways,sorry CP for steeping on your injured ankle,with my foot.:(

STA training in the morning,quite alright.
had a small rugby tackle with peishan,& we both ended up rolling on the sand.spastic much.
she's so much older than me but she acts like my age!and manzxz is she damn fit.
got stung by a jellyfish today on my feet while doing resistance training with the board in the sea.
it felt like something swimming pass my feet then ZAP,it stung.
i was like "miss wong,i got stung"
MW:"maybe it's just a seabug"
i repeated"the pain is overwhelming" to her like near everytime we swope over to go on the board.
seabug's sting is just a small sting,while jellyfish sting lasts over a period of time.
came out of the water and it seemed like big mosquito bites.
khaliz was like"i knew this lady who had a injury that looked like yours!i saw her for only 2 days after that"

finally back from camp!(:
camp was quite alright,didnt get any much darker actually.
but swimming so hiong-ly after so long of not competitive swimming,
i must say that my body kind of couldnt really take it.

match with NJC today,played quite badly.haha!
A told me i was running into evryone's space.=bad.
oh,there was this lady from this other grp we played with,
i accidentally hitted her finger then 'F**K!" she said.i didnt even chiong for much balls after that
she was like a glass doll.

look at the time!& i'm still awake,haha!quite rare,for that fact that i always fall asleep on the floor.
training again tmrw morning followed by meeting then NSL,6pm(:

yesterday's trip out of the NSL venue was quite an experience,learned a few things,likeee
1. The bite of big red ants does sting.
2.NEVER EVER EVER find kun or cheuping for help,you'd never get saved.

so yeah,ended up walking arnd the jurong estate in my bright yellow socks,trying to find a shop to buy a decent looking pair of slippers,not the kind of y'know,hello kitty retarted uncle kind.
trng today was cancelled!but we had self trng,hahahaha!we were the ones who wanted self trng,amazing much.match with hwa chong tmrw,im hoping for the best.*cross my fingers.
dinner with cynthia,d and geraldine was quite awesome,with all the catching up and stuff,(:
met jaslyn too!she was working at ice3.

&& i figured tonight that econs essay is not that easy after all.

thanks for everyone's concern,(: my ankle's like,slightly swollen but i could still run for the bus today!hahaha!
so i guess that means it's pretty okay?
but i think im darn shuei,as in bad luck.during the reunion dinner,i cause a short circuit,hahaha!im that powerful.
serious,if my year's gonna be darn bad,im not surprised at all uhhh.
the cause of the short circuit was that i split soup on the steamboat pot itself.damn smart luh,serious.
on the other hand,at least this morning i officially started being a lifeguard.
